Melia Marzollo, Director

Melia instructs Pilates classes; both group mat classes and semi private apparatus. Teaching in the classic Pilates style, classes are alignment-oriented and challenging focusing on balance, strength and flow. Melia has earned certifications in Pilates from Power Pilates, Half Moon Pilates, and The Center for Women’s Fitness. She is also certified in Yamuna Body Rolling and Prenatal Pilates. Melia continues studies in Anatomy and Kinesiology atThe Bridgeport Hospital’s new Anatomy Wing with Dr. Joseph Muscolino and is a 2013 graduate of Nutrition with The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Melia began her Pilates path in 2000 as a way to work against scoliosis. She fell in love with the movement, changed her career path slouching over papers as an English teacher and has stood straight ever since.

Bettina Utz, Instructor
Bettina Utz became a certified Pilates instructor in 2006 through Brooke Siler's teacher training program, a 700 hour certification in classical Pilates, and has been changing bodies ever since. In addition to her work as a senior instructor at re:AB Pilates in NYC, she trained numerous private clients in Manhattan and had the honor to be the Pilates instructor for the staff at Rodale Publishing for three years.
Outside the world of Pilates, Bettina uses her powerhouse as a graphic designer, organic gardener, and avid beekeeper.

Martina Enschede, Instructor
Over a decade of teaching Pilates has made Martina a compassionate and intuitive teacher. She will challenge your body and mind in your session.
Whether you are new to Pilates or are a seasoned client, Martina will give you a great workout. She will strengthen your body where it needs it. If you have an injury, she will keep you safe and help you with your rehab. She has a deep understanding of the anatomy and kinesiology of the body.
Martina received her Pilates certification from the Kane School of Core Integration, NYC, and continues her education.
She has worked with athletes, pregnant and post-partum women, professional dancers and golfers. She helps and rehabilitates clients with knee/hip replacements, multiple sclerosis, scoliosis, shoulder/neck injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, osteoporosis, back injuries and other conditions.

Tower Class
Tower classes combine the resistance of the springs and bars of the tower with the precise movement of the mat work to create a fluid, intelligent workout. With a maximum of 5 students per class, a tower class is an economical way to experience pilates on the equipment in an energizing group setting.
Semi-Private Pilates Session
Semi-Private sessions offer the same individualized training as our private sessions, but in a small group setting of 3-4 students. Semi-Private sessions are the most economical way to experience a full PIlates Apparatus experience. Clients must complete a minimum of 3 Private Sessions before entering a Semi-Private Session.
Private Pilates Session
Private Sessions are an ideal way to begin a Pilates Path with a focus on your individual needs and goals. A minimum of 2 private sessions are required before a student can join a semi-private session. Private sessions are also ideal for students with special needs, students recovering from injuries, or students in pursuit of advanced athletic training.
