It stresses mastering the movement, and gives participants a greater understanding of how their bodies work, and why. The results? A stronger, healthier body, equipped with a real understanding how to properly move and the ability to work deep enough to foster change.

Gentle Yoga slows things down a bit to focus intently on alignment, opening up the Chakras, and creating ease of motion in the body. Suitable for all levels, this is an opportunity to go within and let go of tension. Through focused self-awareness, hands on adjustments, props, and as always, the support of your breath, you will be guided through a mindful and healing practice.
